Rules
No smoking: Our holiday flats are non-smoking. Therefore, please only smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
No pets: Out of consideration for guests with allergies and to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, pets are not allowed in the holiday flats.
Quiet times: We ask you to respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00 and to keep noise to a minimum. Please be considerate of other guests and the neighbourhood.
Waste separation: Please separate your waste according to the instructions in the flat and dispose of it in the bins provided. This will help us to protect the environment.
Cleanliness and damage: Please treat the holiday flat and its furnishings with care. Please report any damage or problems to us immediately so that we can rectify them as quickly as possible. We also ask you to leave the flat in a tidy condition.
Visitors: For the safety and comfort of all guests, it is important that only registered guests use the holiday flat. If you wish to receive visitors, please inform us in advance.
