The holiday flats are located in Pulens, a neighbourhood with an incomparable view over the Parc Ela and the Val Surses. The charming holiday village is located in a cul-de-sac near Salouf and less than a 10-minute drive from Savognin. The unobstructed view and the extremely quiet location are just right for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, who need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharge their batteries.
All our holiday flats are fully furnished and can be rented on a daily/weekly or monthly basis, or together if required. In the house you can use the facilities offered, an indoor swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, a sauna, a lounge with darts, billiards and various board games, as well as a playroom for the children.
Summer in Val Surses
The Val Surses is influenced by a southern weather pattern and has more than 2000 hours of sunshine per year. There are a variety of hiking, biking and climbing tours available. For families, there are playgrounds with barbecue areas throughout the valley and the highlight in summer is the Lai Barnagn bathing lake, which is dammed every year in the car park of the mountain railways, with various leisure facilities (mini golf, volleyball, pump track). Winter in Val Surses
In winter, 80 kilometres of extra-wide pistes attract skiers and snowboarders, hikers can enjoy the magic of winter on 65 kilometres of groomed winter hiking trails and snowshoers can explore the Val Surses on countless snowshoe trails. For cross-country skiers, the proximity to the Roha cross-country skiing centre and the Lenzerheide biathlon arena offers an ideal starting point.
